Changed your mind? You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a replacement or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom and personalized pieces (such as the Custom Drawing Necklace) are made to order just for you and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, email promcessories@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a replacement or exchange to the original address within [5–10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery at promcessories@gmail.com with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement and correct item
